Layout patterns
Five patterns cover every screen. Each maps to a shadcn/studio block category.
1. Full-screen overlay
Fixed header (title + X close), scrollable content, no platform nav. Used by: seller wizard, lead detail, agency agreement, deal creation. Precedent: existing "Create a new deal" screen.
2. Platform page - card grid
Top nav visible, page title, filter bar, card grid below. Used by: lead inbox, seller submissions list, referral partner list. Precedent: "Find a business to buy" listing page.
3. Platform page - table
Top nav visible, page title, filter pills, sortable table. Used by: accepted leads, credit transactions, exception queue, match audit, commission tracking. Precedent: "Selling" table view.
4. Platform page - detail workspace
Top nav visible, entity header with status badge, tabbed content below. Used by: deal workspace, seller status page, broker profile. Precedent: individual deal/listing pages.
5. Dashboard tiles
Top nav visible, section heading, card tiles in grid. Used by: Boss Mode admin dashboard. Precedent: existing Boss Mode dashboard.
